Papers of Alan Moorehead. 1926-1971.

The collection, which was received in two consignments, from London and Rome, ranges from a diary kept as a schoolboy in 1926, to personal and business correspondence, manuscripts and proofs of most of his published and unpublished works, notebooks and diaries, photographs, press cuttings and reviews, and background material to his books. Also a card written by Lucy Moorehead to Ivan Page.
